RETURNS POLICY

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

At Fairway Fusion, we ardently desire your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we extend an invitation to return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, contingent upon the product being in its original condition, inclusive of all attached tags.

 

2. Return Process

 

To initiate a return or exchange, we request that you contact our customer service team at info@fairwayfusion.com.au and provide your order number, along with a comprehensive rationale for the return. Our proficient team shall competently guide you through the return procedure.

 

3. Refunds

 

Refunds shall be processed within 7-10 business days upon our receipt of the returned product. Refunds shall be disbursed to the original payment method utilized for the purchase.

 

4. Return Shipping

 

The onus of return shipping costs squarely falls upon the customer, unless the return pertains to a product defect or an error on our part.
